Salary:

FTE: £30,510.00 - £35,223.00 pa

Pro-Rata: £21,970.00 – £25,363.00 pa

About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Community Support Services team and make a positive contribution to the life of two communities at Thames Ditton Centre for the Community supporting Older People on a Monday and Thursday and supporting a team of trustees in the running and development of Lower Green Community Centre. At Thames Ditton we directly providing a range of services including a Community Café, home-cooked hot lunches and Elmbridge’s Men-in-Sheds project, as well as space for regular and one-off hire. The Lower Green Centre is a community building and has recently been refurbished, where the plan is to expand footfall and increase community involvement.  

 

The applicant will also be required to take an enhanced DBS disclosure

 

About you

You are a caring, creative, strong practical hands on self-starter with leadership and change management skills and can manage two centres in our borough. You have a passion for developing and delivering all aspects of these services for the benefit of the community and have the ability to work in partnership with health, social care, voluntary sector and local businesses.
