It's an exciting time to join us at Elmbridge Borough Council as an Organisational Development Business Partner. With our 2030 Vision and People Strategy established, we need someone to bring them to life in support of our people.
You will lead the delivery of the People Strategy, collaborating with our HR, Policy and Communications Teams. If you're looking for an opportunity to make a real impact, this is the role for you!
- You will develop and build on a high-quality learning and development and health and wellbeing offer to enable our people to deliver services in line with Elmbridge’s Vision 2030, values and behaviours.
- You will be engaged in the development of career pathways, succession plans, onboarding and employee engagement, providing the tools, resources and training for Elmbridge to thrive.
- You will do of all this for an organisation determined to look after its people through hybrid and flexible working, rewards and recognition for going above and beyond, as well as giving you your birthday off, and closing between Christmas and New Year - no annual leave required!
